We acknowledge our responsibility under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and our managers and supervisors have a key responsibility with regard to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of staff, contractors and clients.
In fulfilling this responsibility, our managers have a duty to provide and maintain a safe working environment.
Midland Roofing’s policy is to be the leader in the roofing industry for Occupational Health & Safety and Quality, setting new standards in the service we supply to the domestic building industry.
The contract trade people we utilize are hand-picked ensuring continuity in quality workmanship, service and OHS practices.
Our supervisors inspect the building and the site to ensure Occupational Health & Safety and Quality requirements can be addressed before our contractors come to site. This ensures that our reputation in excellence in the roofing industry and our service to our customers is maintained.
Our Operations Manager ensures that all our Roofing Contractors are inducted into Midland Roofing’s Work Health, Safety and Environmental Manual.
Midland Roofing Supervisors and Operations Manager continually conduct audits on our roof tile installers on site and have also contracted the services of a highly experienced OH&S consultant to randomly carry out on-site audits.
Since 2011, we have been supplying our roofing service to the building industry and our office in Tullamarine offers a professional full- time quoting, administration, operations and services department.
